Everybody— and I mean every BODY— is different. Hair grows in three stages, and if you’ve been using methods like shaving or depilatories, your hair may grow at different rates. Consistent waxing helps sync your hair growth cycle, leading to smoother, longer-lasting results. Avoid shaving or other hair removal methods between waxes, as they disrupt the cycle. Stick with waxing—the longer you wax, the better the results!
Dry brushing is a technique that involves using a natural-bristle brush to gently massage the skin in circular or upward strokes. It is done on dry skin, typically before showering. Benefits include exfoliation, improves circulation, reduces cellulite, lymphatic drainage, and enhances product absorption. Dry brushing can be done 2–3 times a week for best results.
